Located in Alamillo square number 2 ground floor left and, despite being a ground floor, it feels like a first floor as it is on the elevated side of the square and accessed through landscaped steps (as can be seen in the photos). At the same time, having an independent entrance, it has easy access for people with difficulties, being able to load and unload at the same door through a private access. Considered one of the 3 most charming squares in Madrid, where films, adverts, documentaries etc. are frequently shot.
It is like living in an oasis of peace and silence in the historic centre, surrounded by all the emblematic places of old Madrid.
