Before listing a property on Airbnb or Booking, it is mandatory to obtain a Local Accommodation licence. In Lisbon, this step is especially important due to existing restrictions.

Applications are submitted online via the City Council’s Electronic One-Stop Shop, through the National Local Accommodation Register (RNAL).
